Yes, well, I've been doing some genealogy....and in case you're NOT, let me tell you...it is all too common to find that certain people encounter each other's families, even centuries later. Take for example today's find....my ex husband's ancestors were on the same ground in ancient Wales as my ancestors, before they went to Ireland some time in the 11th century ( I think that's the right century)...lol. SO. what the heck? Inevitable you say? Me thinks not!
BUT it is very interesting, as this scenario recurs, where I meet someone with a certain last name that has ancestors from a similar place as mine....it's as if certain families run across each other over hundreds of yrs if not millinia...which brings me to idea of the "DNA cell memory" theory....it's really looking like there is something to it....so much so that my personal decision is to forego any offers of any organs, should mine fail,lol...of course being a retired surgical nurse has no bearing on this whatsoever...lol....
